What kind of rate table do you use to test gyros, and what is its accuracy?

We use AeroTech ADR160 rate tables for testing of all our gyros. The accuracy of the tables is +/-24.3 micro-radians (+/-5 arc seconds). For additional information on this AeroTech rate table, please visit this site.
