You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We will complete an RMA form and email it to you.  Simply print the RMA form and place it in the shipping box with your devices. We will make sure you get back up and running as soon as possible.

If your device is under warranty, we will repair or replace your device free of charge, provided the terms of the warranty are met.  If your device is not under warranty, we charge a $35.00 per sensor disposition fee.  Prior to making further repairs we will notify you of estimated repair costs and obtain your approval to complete the repair.
